-The house has electrical circuit work done without permits.
-The exterior wood's weather protectant is peeling and chipping off
-large accumulation of trash throughout the property. and abutting public right of way (Front by mail box and alley)
-The palm tree in the front yard has dead fronds within 10 feet of the ground
