On site inspection. It was observed that the property had violations to include refuse and debris in the front yard of the property and outdoor storage in the front yard of a sofa, mattresses and box springs. The property was also observed to have violations of overgrown vegetation, to include grass and weeds in excess of 6 inches in height, also with vegetation obstructing the sidewalk for reasonable use for pedestrians. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
