Arrived to scene at 904 and TFD had already left the scene. This is a Pima County facility and Pima County Facilities Maintenance was on scene. Employee request to wait for supervisor to arrive. Supervisor arrived and allowed access, a water heater has flooded out the water heater closet which caused water to fill the rest of the building on the floor. The concerns for electrical were surge protectors on the ground in the office area, and Pima County did have an electrician isolate power to these and will handle drying out the building and repairs. Case will be voided at this time as current procedure does not take action against a government owned building. -VM |
