On site with TPD and inspector Lopez. A car hit a residential structure. There is structural damage on the south facing wall. There is cracking on the interior and exterior of the brick wall. There is damage to wood studs, window, wood paneling and approximately 8x8 brick wall. Metal support post under porch has shifted. No visible electrical damage. Permits required for repairs. Owner will secure room on the interior. City contractor stabilized and secured brick wall on the exterior. |
