On site with TEP, TPD and inspector Tidwell. TEP call for electrical hazard and electrical stealing. There was visible flash in the exterior electrical panel and double lugging. TEP disconnected service and removed meter. TPD was on site for possible clearance. Unit was secured by owner. Unit was condemned. Licensed contractor required. Permits required for all repairs, replacement and reconnection of utilities. |
