05/12/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Arcadia Landscaping still removing refuse from the property. Property has been broken into last night. Arcadia Industries resecured the house.
05/11/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation May 7th Property scheduled for cleanup. TPD served the Search Warrant to the occupants inside the building. Occupants left the property. Owner is currently no residing on the property. Owner is in jail. Cleanup crew currently removing all trash and debris off the property lot. 6 dogs were removed from the lot. Owner was found to be by passing the electrical meter. TEP removed electrical service to the property. House shut down. Vehicles located on the lot that were identified as junk motor vehicles were removed by the owner off the lot and relocated onto ADOT property. TPD had all vehicles removed off ADOT property. 5/8/26 Received a call from Arcadia Landscaping the house has been breached. Contacted Arcadia Industries to resecure the house. 5/11/26 the house has been breached again. Contacted Arcadia Industries to place a board over the back door of house.

07/21/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Exterior storage still on site, front, back and side yard in the front right-of-way and in the street. Storage includes 5 junk motor vehicles.
1) White work truck double cab with flat tires and being used for storage. AZ lic #196-YAL.
2) Yellow/Primer back end of a truck w/flat tires with exterior storage. AZ lic#V-7720 3) Red Truck w/flat tires and storage in back yard.
4) Silver 4 door sedan with flat tires. AZ lic # BJR-4157.
5) Blue primer 4 door car with broken windows & flat tires.

Owner created another violation by installing a fence installed in the front yard of the property. Fence measures 6ft & 3 1/2 inches high. No permits or site plan approval. Will complete a citation and send out to the owner .
11/25/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Owner of the property sent a motion to the court requesting for the case to be re-opened. Judge re-opened the case and dismissed all the fines.
