Owner contacted PSDS Customer Service 12/12/25 late Friday afternoon before the arraignment date on Monday. On 12/15/25 I received a message from PDSD Customer Service indicating the owner had contacted them and stated the property was now in compliance. I immediately contacted the owner and left a voice mail advising him to go to the court and set the court date otherwise the Court will issue a fine to him for not showing up. On 12/18/25 I verified the property was in compliance. A civil motion was completed and mailed out to the City Court on 12/22/25. Close case. |
