On site with TFD and Inspector Lopez. In the interior of the residential structure there is an accumulation of trash, refuse and debris. The buildings condition is unsanitary and unfit for human habitation. The excessive amount of refuse, trash, debris and various household items restrict egress. There are many electrical hazards including exposed wires, items covering the electrical stove and various items pushed against light fixtures /outlets. TEP mapping was called to disconnect service at the meter. TEP confirmed disconnect with callback. Dwelling condemned. Removal of trash and debris in the interior prior to issuing permits. Permits are required for repairs. |
