Fire was on the outside of the unit. There is minimal fire, smoke and water damage. The main front window was broken. There is some fire and smoke damage to the exterior paint. Paint has some bubbling. The structural members of the roof have no visible fire damage. The units interior has minimal water damage on the flooring. The wall in this area is brick and has no visible fire damage. No visible electrical damage. TEP did not disconnect service. Southwest gas confirmed no service.
