On site with inspector TFD, TPD, TEP, Southwest gas, inspector TIdwell and inspector Chavez. There was an interior fire caused by homeless activity. There were multiple rekindled fires one causing and explosion. TEP noted that electricity had previously disconnected. Southwest gas was on site to check lines. No gas to structure. The structure fire continued to rekindle. Tucson water was called to excavate structure. Biff Baker was notified to fence and secure structure. Building is condemned. Permits are required for all work. |
