04/09/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Research has brought to light the fact that unpermitted additions were made to parts of the structure, specifically in three ways.
1. At the west side of the structure, Google Maps Street View shows the height of the building was increased sometime between 2018 and 2022. This is in an area of the building, that according to historical aerial views dating back to 2005, extended to the apparent property line (property line.) There is insufficient evidence to show that the original extension to the property line was done as a modification or without a permit. However it is clear that the increase in height was done without a permit.
2. Installation of multiple mini-split air conditioning systems on the structure.
3. Addition to the structure on the east side which appeared between 2005 and 2008.
