ON SITE AT VACANT PROPERTY WITH INSPECTOR MORALES. THERE HAVE BEEN ON GOING COMPLAINTS FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNING THE VACANT LAND. THE OWNER OF THE LAND DUMPS LANDFILL ON THE PROPERTY. HE SAID ITS DUE TO THE PROPERTY BEING IN A FLOOD ZONE. |
