1211 pm - Called and left msg for tenant on 05/20 at 128 PM. Tenant did not return call. Called 2X on 05/21 at 1149 AM and no answer, sent a text message. Made contact w/ tenant at unit, who states the toilet was repaired. I did enter unit and verify the toilet flushes. Made contact w/ property manager. Will be closing case. -VM |
