ON SITE AT PROPERTY ALL LIGHTS ARE SHIELDED AND POINTED DOWNWARD. SPOKE WITH LANDLORD WHO EXPLAINED THE ON GOING NEIGHBOR FUED. REQUESTED THAT THE LIGHTS BE TILTED EVEN MORE SO. |
