There has been a significant amount of structural and water damage. The entire backside of the structure is damage. Truss are damaged. Throughout dwelling there are Inspection holes and water damage. Multiple electrical devices had water and heat intrusion. Sheathing has been destroyed, wood framing has sustained "gatoring", windows destroyed. Rear attached wood porch is destroyed. Private owned meter was removed prior to my arrival. Conduit leading to meter has damage. Southwest gas meter was remove prior to my arrival. Mobile home show signs of dilapidation for example plywood used for skirting. Owner has signed indemnification form will be securing property. Unit is condemned. Permit required for repairs/replacement/removal. |
