THE OWNER ALLOWED US TO GO INTO THE REAR YARD. THERE ARE 2 STACKED 2X4'S ON THE GROUND WITH WOOD FENCING ON TOP OF THEM. ALLOWING THE OWNER TO SAND THE FENCE SLATES EASILY. THERE IS NOTHING PERMENANT AT THIS TIME. THE ORIGINAL WOOD FENCE IS DILAPITATED AND THE OWNER IS GOING TO REPLACE THE WOOD FENCE WITH WOOD FENCE. NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. |
