THE MORTAGE COMPANY RECIEVED THE CITATION AND ARE IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING A CONTRACTOR TO ASSESS THE PROPERTY AND BRING THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLAINCE. THEY ASKED IF WE COULD DISMISS THE CITATION. THE CITY WILL NOT DISMISS THE CITATION UNTIL WE HAVE A COMFIRED DATE AS TO WHEN THIS LOT WILL BE CLEANED UP. ALSO MADE THEM AWARE OF THE COST FOR FENCING THE PROPERTY TO PREVENT TRESPASSING.
