On site with SO TPD on site, car into building westside of property, damaged the whole front wall and window also electrical damage, property is condemned, secured by Arcadia city contractor, electrical disconnected and lock placed on electrical box, posted do not enter sign, hand delivered notice of violation to property manager. |
