They remove dogs, birds in cages, several animals. Contacted contractor for board-up and securement. They secure the front door. Property has excessive trash inside and is an extreme health hazard. The condition is unsanitary, and unfit for human habitation, or likely to cause sickness/disease. Electrical power is unsafe. The dwelling unit is failure to provide adequate safe electrical power to and within the building structure. TEP booted the meter to the unit. Condemnation. |
