Met with occupant regarding complaint to City. Kitchen sink is dripping underneath the sink, no smoke detector in rental unit. Gaps around all exterior doors in rental unit. Light globe missing in room off kitchen. Fencing is created out of household items (non-fencing material). Roaches in rental unit. |
