There is an accumulation of animal waste, refuse and debris on the property. Grass and weeds exceed 6 inches in height on the property. There is a vehicle that is half covered with a car cover and surrounded by items in an unknown condition, no action will be taken at this time with the vehicle until confirmed condition. |
