ON SITE WITH INSPECTOR SANCHEZ AND TPD. THE INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING IS FULL OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS. THE INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING HAD MULTIPLE HEAT LAMPS ON. THE LIVING CONDITIONS WERE UNSANITARY. THE DWELLING IS CONDEMNED. A RECONNECT PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE ELECTRICAL. TEP WAS NOTIFIED TO DISCONNECT SERVICE AND BOOT THE METER. |
