Met w/occupant regarding the complaint. Occupant allowed me onto property to see the water heater installed without permits. Called property management company "Werth Realty" left a vm regarding the complaint. Rene Wood called back later in the afternoon stating that the Plumber who was hired was licensed and had a permit? Need to check with PDSD to see if this plumber has a permit that he is working under. Before I can respond back to Renee. |
