Trash and debris and outdoor storage remains in the rear of the property, however. Not a real fence in the alleyway for the property, needs to be fencing material for a proper fencing in the rear for the property. Possible JMV in the rear of the house.
10/22/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 10/21/25 - On site with Inspector A.Q. and COT Contractors, TPD, tenant, and later TEP and Owner. COT Contractor worked on clean up for trash, and outdoor storage in the backyard, and sides of the dwelling. A warrant was served to owner for CE and COT Contractors to be on property. Electrical panel was upgraded without permission from the City or TEP, there is electrical tempering and is a serious electrical hazard, especially in the patio area (was enclosed area) in the rear of the yard. Exposed loose electrical wires, and a unidentifiable water white box was connect to the panel and the water. There was a lot of foil on the property and a bucket of needles was found on the property. TEP cut power from the source and removed the meter. CC required. Condemnation to the house, no power, unsanitary living conditions in the interior. Permits Required. Owner arrived on site and signed documents.

10/22/25 - On site with Inspector B.T. , TPD, COT Contractors, Southwest Gas and other tenant. Day two of clean-up. House window was broken on the west side of the property. Dwelling was broken into, COT Contactor boarded up all windows and secured the doors. Other tenant was not a problem however, was no longer allowed to be on property or stay at property, TPD assisted with this person, who lingered back in forth in front of property curb. Southwest gas pinned the meter. Clean-up is finished. There is not an accumulation of trash or excessive outdoor storage at this time.
