Old house being remodeled. No permits on file for any of the work being conducted on site. House has been completely gutted inside the house. Saw wall frames inside, electrical boxes on the floor, plumbing trench in the back yard area, new windows/resized, mechanical. Issued a STOP WORK ORDER. 9/22/24 case was created T22DV05112 At the time of this inspection the neighbor reported that the house had asbestos and this prevented people from buying the house. |
