After inspection did find a tree between two property's, Tree is not obstructing alley in any way, Tree does over hang a little between both neighbors, but that would be civil, also there is a gas meter and a cable box in the same location, complainant would need to call so they can inspect, This would be a liability. to city if gas or box is damaged, closing case |
