Observed several inoperable vehicles at the property located in the front. I also observed overgrown vegetation at the property in the front, back yard , and alley. Also observed a carport that was filled with excessive outdoor storage. Also observed trash and debris at the property, the trash and debris was located in the front carport and back yard area. |
