Vacant boarded up house. Tall grass and weeds, homeless camp in the back yard. Met with homeless man late 50's. Discussed complaint. Explained no camping in R2 zone. Neighbors in the area complained. Man got angry... I left the area noticing several items like a hammer and tools that could be potentially hazardous to my safety. Will follow homeless protocol. Research finds this property was boarded up 6/15/22 T22DV03438. Will do a demo notice for this property and a 30 day. |
