05/14/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Passed | VISITED SITE, I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE MHP, IT HAS MANY SPEED BUMBS THRU OUT THE PARK SOME ARE FULL LENGTH ACROSS THE NARROW STREETS WITHIN THE PARK AND OTHERS ARE DIVIDED AT THE CENTER I BELIEVE TO ALLOW WATER TO RUN THRU THOSE SPEED BUMPS. I DROVE EVERY SPEED BUMP IN THE TRAILER PARK, AND DID NOT FIND ANY OF THE SPEED BUMPS THAT I WOULD CONSIDER BROKEN OR THAT WOULD CAUSE HARM TO A PERSON OR VEHICLE. THE ONLY GAS LINE THAT I FOUND EXPOSED WAS AT UNIT #39 WHERE THE UNIT AT SPACE 39 WAS A R/V AND NOT REQUIRING GAS AND THE GAS LINE EXTENDS UPRIGHT AND LINE HAS BEEN CAPPED. THE FENCE LINE TO THE WEST PROPERTY STICKS OUT BEYOND THE GAS LINE SO HITTING THE GAS LINE WOULD BE DIFFICULT AS YOU WOULD HIT THE FENCE FIRST. I CHECKED EVERY CORNER PROPERTY WHERE A GASLINE MAY CASUE A VEHICLE TO COME TOO CLOSE TO OTHER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES BUT FOUND NONE. THE GAS AND WATER ENTER THE PARK AT THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AND THEN DISTRIBUTED THRU OUT THE PARK, I SAW NO GAS METERS LOCATED ON CORNER PROPERTIES. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CSE. |
