Vehicle struck front double doors, both doors removed from hinges. Front window broken to east of doors. Damage to interior wall. No cracking or sagging in the ceiling on the interior or on the exterior. No electrical or other utilities in this area. Wells Fargo had a contractor on site, began working on cleaning up and securing the area. District manager was on site, signed the Notice and Order and Notice of Violation. Permits required for repairs with use of a licensed contractor. -VM |
