ON SITE WITH TPD. HOMELESS HAD BROKEN INTO THE VACANT STRUCTURE AND WERE LIVING INSIDE THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY. THERE WAS HUMAN FECES AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA THROUGH OUT THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING. THE STRUCTURE WAS CONDEMENED. TEP CUT POWER AT THE POLE. COT ARCADEN SECURED THE PROPERTY. |
