232 PM - Found an RV like structure (home on vehicle frame, has a current AZ plate) in front yard. Contact with resident on site, states she is not living in unit. Allowed me to view interior, no signs of it being lived in. This would be considered a vehicle, not a dwelling. Further research indicates the registration, AZ N6A 4TH, is current, type is a trailer. Will issue a notice of violation for violation of UDC as this particular vehicle does alter the exterior appearance or character of the residential use. -VM |
