Food, clothing, refuse on front porch along with the side yard. Noticed electrical cable from the front door leading to the side yard. Phileen states the electrical cable is for the cooling unit located outside and is met to cool the people living outside in the side yard. Located phone number of the property owner. Called and left a vm regarding concern about squatters living on site. Will send a notice of violation to the owner for refuse, outdoor storage and hazardous electrical. |
