Arrived and the units have left the site and found the unit empty and called the tenant and she came back. Did check the unit 11110 and met with the tenant and has the smell of painting. Did check around and one of the unit was vacant and being worked on. The neighbor to that unit stated that they sprayed the bathtub and used an epoxy paint. Her unit did smell and had the windows opened. Did go and tell the other tenants and the units are all electric with no gas to the unit. Did have a water leak in the front of the unit and has been leaking since Wednesday of last week. Did call the emergency number and he was from another unit and will call it in for tomorrow to be checked. The tenant from 11109 will be staying somewhere else with family and left the fan in the kitchen and bathroom on to vent the air out. The tenant in 11110 was going to open the windows for awhile and had a strong smell due to the windows were closed. No paperwork done at this time and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
