Met with the tenants and went over the issues on the property. Found where a pipe for the washer machine has broken at the fitting and has a plug to stop the water by the rear door on the exterior. The neighbor has helped and placed a hose to the washer machine to keep using it. The electrical box for the main is interior type and being used on the exterior and not sealed. The drains for the showers are backing up and slow on draining. Has an issue on the water coming out of the faucets where there is no pressure when turned on. Lacking smoke detectors in the bedrooms. The gas and the electrical are shared on one meter for both. The tenant has been told to move out due to the owner is working on selling the house. Will call the owner and do the N.O.V. RV. |
