He stated he went to the unit today and ran a rooter through the cleanout, and the line from the cleanout to the street is clear but the toilets are clogged. He states the interior plumbing is the trailer owners/occupants responsibility. He also states he ran water for 12 minutes into the cleanout and there were no clogs. Did place a call to the occupant, who states she has sewage backing up in both toilets. I did advise her I spoke to management who advised is her responsibility for the interior. She states she has a plumber coming out and someone from the county. -VM |
