Called occupant again today at 1100 AM, and advised I had been calling to receive a status update. She states she did have the plumber come out and got a $1,200.00 bill. Asked if she is still having a backup, she said no it is resolved but she is stuck with the bill. Started to explain Code Enforcement does not get involved with bills, she rudely cut me off and said bye and hung up the call. Unable to verify any violations, this case will be closed. -VM |
