1247 PM - Excessive outdoor storage of miscellaneous items to include sinks, grills, bed frames. Spoke to tenant on site, states he does sell the items at the swap meet. Did advise no storage in front yard or on a covered porch if visible from the street. Advised of code compliant methods of storage. Will issue a notice of violation to the tenant. |
