1255 PM - Responded to property, made contact with occupant on site. There are small areas of plaster peeling on the front wall. The other items are not items Code Enforcement addresses. The referenced rusting pipes are not leaking. The tenant states she will address the peeling plaster with management and does not wish to proceed with the case at this time. She was advised to call us back if the peeling plaster gets worse or is not address by management. Case will be closed. -VM |
