Elderly woman living in roach infested house. Spider webs all over the ceiling and walls. Sink is full of dirt, bathtub had dead roaches all over the tub. Floor has roaches on the floor. Water heater is tagged as unsafe. House smells of urine. Adult Protective services has located a community woman can move to today. Woman''s sister from Denver is on site. She agreed to assist in helping her sister relocate to community. Sister states the family will clean up the property after the property is vacated and she will take responsibility to secure the house. Complete nov to vacate, indemnification form. Post house owner relocated. Neighbor agreed to take care of the cats. |
