I LEFT A CARD ON THE DOOR. ON 11/22/2023 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER, HE STATED HE HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, LATER HAD TO HAVE HIS LEG AMPUTATED, AND SHORTLY AFTER HIS WIFE DIVORCED HIM. OWNER ASKED ME FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND HE WOULD GET HELP FROM SOME FRIENDS AND GET THE PROPERTY CLEANED. TODAYS REINSPECTION FOUND LARGE PILES OF CANS REMOVED FROM S/W CORNER OF THE FRONT YARD, CARPORT HAD ALSO BEEN CLEANED AND PERSONAL ITEMS NEATLY STACKED ON SHELVING. ON THE NORTH WALL, ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS REMOVED FROM THE WEST SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY AREA. FRONT YARD WAS CLEANED FREE OF PILES OF DEBRIS AND DEAD VEGETATION AND RAKED UP. OWNER DID A GREAT JOB. ALL ISSUES ABATED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
