306 PM - Found a large black trash bag full and at curb. No furniture or other trash or debris in the right of way along Sparkman Boulevard or Flower Street. Spoke to tenant at 3554, she states it is a bag of clothes for homeless to go through. Advised her it is debris and asked her to remove it from the right of way. She removed the trash bag from the curb. Close case. -VM |
