05/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed VISITED SITE, INSPECTION FOUND TRAILER PARK WAS A MASTER METER SYSTEM, 3 PHASE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN THE REAR YARD OF TRAILER #124. THE LARGE TWISTED WIRE COMING OUT OF ONE OF THE PANELS WAS COVERED WITH A LITE PLASTER BUT WHEN THE WIRE PASSED THE PALM TREE IN QUESTION THERE WAS A HEAVY RUBBER CASING ONLY WHERE THE WIRE PASSED THE TREE, AND AT THAT POINT THE WIRE WAS CAUGHT UP IN AN AREA WHERE PALM FRONDS HAD BEEN CUT AND REMOVED. UNSURE IF THAT WAS A HAZARD, I CONTACTED TEP MAP ROOM AND GAVE THEM THE INFORMEATION OF THE TRAILER PARK AND TRAILER LOCATION. THEY SENT OUT ONE OF THEIR INSPECTORS WHO THEN CONTACTED ME AND INFORMED ME THAT THERE WERE NO HAZARDS, THE RUBBER CASING WAS PROTECTING THE WIRE AND NO REASON TO HAVE THE PALM TREE CUT DOWN. PER TEP THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
