07/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Met with the person who is placing the mobile home on the property and still has no permit for the mobile home. Did go over that the property is still in the deceased owners name. Will be sending a N.O.V. to the deceased owners and will be doing a posting to have the property cleaned up. RV.
07/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation No one on site and did the posting of the N.O.V. to the gate on Calle Antonia. Will check in 30 days. RV.
08/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation No one on site and the mobile home still on site. The metal sheds are still on the property with storage around the sheds. Found no permits for the set up on the property. Called Ben and left a message to call back. The electrical permit has expired. RV.

The person that has placed the mobile home on the property was in the area and never came over. Did try and call on the phone and the number is not connected at this time. Will do citation for posting and publication. RV.
