The maintenance was soldering in unit 1139 and the insulation caught fire and went up the wall. Holes were made in the drywall to get the insulation out and check for fire extensions of the fire. The fire was put out by the maintenance. The wall is a common wall in-between units and the electrical was burned in the area of the kitchen sink. The tenant has been move to another unit due to the meter was removed due to the damage of the romex wiring in the wall. The manager signed the paperwork on site. The maintenance will be securing once the tenant has completed moving her items out to the other unit. RV. |
