154 PM - On parcel 121060150, address 5521, a portion of structure on the far west side of building has been demolished, dirt is left behind. This building is labeled as STOR 800 SF on last approved site plan, DP17-0012. The handicap parking spaces and ramp as depicted on site plan are barely visible, maybe planned to be abandoned. The area across from this near the Clear Channel Billboard is depicted as parking. There are four large U-Haul brand U-BOX moving containers in the right of way in front of 5521, in an area depicted on the site plan as Restricted - No Parking Area. Left a card with employee on site. The building at 5521 is empty inside and there is no apparent work done to that building at this time. The storage unit doors on west side of building appear to be decorative and do not appear to be actual doors. They are attached onto brick exterior wall. Did confirm this is the case with employee on site. -VM |
