Responded to property and found all electrical work has been completed in a workmanlike manner and no electrical hazards remain. Light fixture in the bathroom now has multiple working light bulbs and the area is no longer dark or unsafe. Did feel cooling to the interior of the home and the interior in a better condition compared to yesterday. Will proceed to a 30 day notice of violation for remaining violations. -VM
01/03/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 153 PM - Contact on site, the owner has rented the home out to a new tenant, who did allow entry. Cabinets in kitchen have been cleaned. Cabinet doors are still missing in kitchen. Toilet in bedroom has been replaced. Light fixture in bathroom is inoperable. Light fixture in hallway is hanging from wires again. Light switch in bathroom off south east bedroom is missing a cover. Electric panel in closet off south bedroom is missing cover plate. Outlet in closet at north east bedroom is missing a cover. Outlet in kitchen is missing a cover. Floodlight on rear porch is missing a junction box, capped wires exposed. Stucco damage to the west facing wall and the south facing wall where a window AC unit is installed. Exposed electrical wires above dryer. Exposed electrical wires coming out of wall in dining area. Hole in wall behind front door. Unable to access the secondary unit. Will issue a citation to owner. -VM
