Light fixture in hallway is hanging from wires again. Light switch in bathroom off south east bedroom is missing a cover. Electric panel in closet off south bedroom is missing cover plate. Outlet in closet at north east bedroom is missing a cover. Outlet in kitchen is missing a cover. Floodlight on rear porch is missing a junction box, capped wires exposed. Stucco damage to the west facing wall and the south facing wall where a window AC unit is installed. Exposed electrical wires above dryer. Exposed electrical wires coming out of wall in dining area. Hole in wall behind front door. Unable to access the secondary unit. Will issue a citation to owner. -VM |
