954 AM - Contact on site with tenant. States management replaced the wall unit this apartment is designed with. Unit was off upon my arrival. Tenant turned unit on and it did produce cold air. Temperature on probe did drop to 82° in living room in the time I was on site. AC is working, case will be closed as unfounded. -VM |
