Interior of home has an active remodel with no permits. Appears a large beam spanning the width of the structure at the roof ridge has been replaced. There is new walls and new electrical lines. There is damage to exterior walls and roof that needs to be addressed. Holes into walls and windows that have apparently been resized appear to have been sealed with bricks. Advised shed either needs to be removed or added to site plan. Advised will send a new 30 day notice. -VM | |

Looked inside front window there are switches removed, electric wires sticking out of walls exposed, vent pipes disconnected, appears walls may have been removed, holes into walls, trash and debris scattered throughout the home. Found all circuit breakers have been removed, conductors wiring removed. Meter tested live at main disconnect, TEP was notified, and confirmed no active service. There is extensive amounts of dirt moved in rear yard. Hole in ground along west property line with submerged trash in the hole partially buried. Did post the home with Red Tag Unsafe to Occupy. While posting the home, a neighbor from the apartment across the street came out and said the owner's son took trash in the backyard with a tractor. -VM |
