The driveway gate was open and obstructing the abutting sidewalk area. Posted stop work order and both citations on the gate. Son inform us the constitution gives them the right to do work on the property without permits from the city of Tucson.

Court minutes were posted on the gate which was found to be completely obstructing the sidewalk. Took pictures. Person came out of the house asked what we were doing there, did explain we were posting the court minutes. He said multiple times do not touch my gate, proceeded to close the gate, and went inside. -VM

The gate was open and obstructing the abutting sidewalk. A man came out to the gate and inform us not to touch the gate. I ask him if he as the owner and he just closed the gate.
